We’ve been ruining the business in exactly that way since 1961. The nerve of us!
Stan Lee taught us all how to do it!
They teach us this in orientation after they show you how to fill in your timesheet.
It may look like I've hit rock bottom, but I brought a pickaxe and I'm ready to keep digging.

I saw someone reblog this dismissing it as AI despite the fact they're 1 click away from a search engine.
"Rosetta Nebula" is all you'd have to type.
Perhaps the biggest travesty with ai images is going to be robbing people of their wonder for what's actually possible in the universe and continuing to shrink their bubble of understanding based on whether they believe it at a glance.
The image has been colorized differently above but the Rosetta Nebula is real and actually looks like that.
i could go on for days with the tweets that i've seen on twitter so here's a collective because i don't want tumblr to turn a blind eye and pretend like this ISN'T happening. we shouldn't have to be literally begging people to care about human lives being lost. the fact that we even have to beg is fucking insane.
im going to use my voice because they can't. they can't silence us all if we keep talking about it

some other stuff like links to support and what companies to boycott:
and one last thing
i know some of you may be tired and trust me, i am too but please don't stop fighting. this is 2 million plus lives we're talking. at the end of the day, they're humans and they don't deserve to be wiped out. no one should.
spread this.
there's a post where someone said "can you respect trans women who look like men" and someone responded something like "hell yeah I love people who fuck with gender!" and like... yeah that's cool, but in a lot of spaces "trans woman who looks like a man" is a lot less likely to be someone who is intentionally comfortably presenting masculine, and a lot more likely to be a girl who hasn't started transition, or can't safely, or just didn't or couldn't put in the effort to pass as fem today, and a lot of them will just look like schlubby dudes and not a radically presenting queer person. and you should be able to respect that.
